Each product details it's own turnaround times, we aim to meet these deadlines at all times. If we are unable to meet them, we will notify you at once. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and view your receipt of quality products as paramount to our success.
Privacy & Security
All information submitted to this website, www.dreamleaf.co.uk is private and we will not share your details with any 3rd party. We do not hold any credit card information, instead preferring to use external payment processors (see below) for your added security.
Returns & Replacements
In order to provide a full refund, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order. We will request that you send the faulty items back to us in their original packaging, then once we have checked the fault we will determine if we are at fault. In the case of printed goods, we require the full order to be returned, not just the faulty quantity.
Personalised items All personalised are a bespoke service to the client. Due to the nature of personlised goods, items that are delivered as described and in good condition may not be returned but damaged items will be exchanged free of charge. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting returned orders, which have been especially produced to meet your personal requirements.
Damages Full refunds will be made by Dreamleaf Media for items lost or damaged in transit (except for 'your photos or personalized art' items). You should keep all packaging and/or artwork as found and notify us within 1 day of the item arriving in damaged condition to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. A refund or reprint will be discussed with you when we receive the items back from you.
Ordering & Cancellations
We strive to make your experience working with Dreamleaf Media as pleasant and easy as possible, if you can think of any improvements to our website or services, please get in touch! Purchasing from this website forms a contractual agreement between us (Dreamleaf Media) and yourselves. For printed goods, any cancellations once the print run has started will be chargable at the full value. Where just design is being ordered, this is non-refundable as you are paying for a designers time rather than a physical product.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
For all printed products, payment in full is required prior to the work commencing. For design charges, this website shows either a fixed price or deposit price with full costs clearly explained within the description. We strive to maintain low pricing, but will never compromise on quality for the sake of being "the cheapest". Dreamleaf Media frequently run promotions, offering either discounts on selected products or bundles of products providing fantastic discounts. These promotions are time-limited and occasionally to limited number or orders. We will honour any order made through our website as long as it meets the requirements for the promotion.
We use Paypal and Google Checkout as payment processors on the Dreamleaf Media website, and as such we retain no credit card details on file for your added protection. If you would prefer us to manually take the payment over the telephone, we do not write down any details (except for delivery purposes) and your card details are relayed directly into our processing terminal.
You can also pay by cash, cheque or postal order. We do not recommend sending money through the post, and cannot be held responsible for any losses or undelivered payments by this method.
Viewing Orders
When ordering through this website, you can add products and services to your "basket" and if you sign up for an account on the website, you have the ability to add items to your "basket" for future ordering. the website also has a handy "comparison" feature, allowing you to see different products side by side allowing you to choose what you really want to order.
Updating Account Information
It is your responsibility to keep your personal details up to date. When you order, your delivery address in your account will be used, if this is incorrect we cannot be held responsible for the incorrect delivery.
